Accommodation
Lodging is a workroom/study overlooking a valley, with panoramic
views of the Atlantic Ocean and several local villages (see photos
to the right). The Atlantic coast is both peaceful and invigorating
and our residents report the amazing vistas from The Writers' Place
a great spur to creativity (see R.T. Smith's poem on the Writers'
Place page on our website!)

Delicious home-cooked dinners in the evenings. Breakfast &
lunch are self-service.

Pick up from and return to Shannon Airport (35 miles from
The Writers' Place)

Amenities
If
you have your own laptop computer, please feel free to bring it
with you. We can provide a power converter for use with laptops
from the US.
Our office is equipped with telephone, fax, e-mail and Internet
access, and b&w laser printer, and is available for you to use in
the evenings and at weekends (if there is no weekend writing workshop
taking place).

Format
Writers' Place residents plan their time individually. Workshops,
optional for residents, are designed to the participants' needs.

McCarriston, Paul Genega and Jerah Chadwick.
