Jeri McCormick, who lives in Madison, Wisconsin, taught creative writing in senior centres and Elderhostel programs for twenty-five years, and co-authored Writers have No Age (two editions by Haworth Press) and Heartland Journal (a magazine for older writers and artists). She has been awarded writing fellowships, won regional and international prizes, and her work has appeared in Appalachian Journal, Kalliope, Cumberland Poetry Review, Poetry Ireland Review, Comstock Review, and other magazines, and in various anthologies, including The Book of Irish American Poetry from the 18th Century to the Present (Notre Dame Press).
